DEATH OF BESSIE ADAMS

Is Claimed by the Reaper Death at 3 This Afternoon

The sufferings of little Bessie, daughter of Judge and Mrs. Adams, terminated at about 3 o’clock this afternoon, when the pure spirit of the child-life was wafted to that brighter and better world. She was a month or so under three years of age and had been ill for over a fortnight.

The case was considered a desperate one from the second day, and but for heroic and persistent effort the little one would have no doubt expired several days ago. The funeral services are to be held some time on Friday, due announcement of which will be made. The afflicted parents will have the sympathy of many friends.
