DEATH OF JAMES CAVANAUGH

James Cavanaugh, the son of Mr. and Mrs. P. C. Cavanaugh of Bath died last Sunday morning of tuberculosis. The young man had been sick for some time and had been taking treatment at a medical institution at Rochester, Minn., but as he steadily grew weaker, he came home about two weeks ago.

He was twenty-two years old and had lived mostly with his parents. He had many friends and was a great favorite with all who knew him. He was a member of the M. W. A. and A. O. U. W. The parents who are old residents in this county have the sincere sympathy of their many friends.

The funeral services took place at the Sacred Heart of Jesus church in this city Tuesday forenoon. The funeral procession from Bath was something exceptional, it being over a half mile in length. A number of his fraternal friends accompanied the remains as escort.
