Aberdeen Weekly News Friday, Jul 31, 1891

Miss Lena Lorenson, aged 24 years, died at 6:30 a.m. Monday at the Aberdeen house, where she had been stopping since last fall.

She had been in this country about one year and at one time worked at the Dayton, this city. She was given light work at the Aberdeen house by the proprietor, whose name is the same though not related, until about seven weeks ago, when she became unable to leave her bed.

Her death resulted from quick consumption. She will be buried at Riverside at the expense of the county, having no money or close friends, though it is said an uncle and other relatives live at Racine, Wis.
