MRS. MATHILDA OLSON 

Mrs. Mathilda Olson, wife of Christ Olson of 615 6th avenue S.E., passed away at her home this morning after a lingering illness, due to heart trouble which ultimately caused her death. She was born in Norway October 5, 1859. In 1881 she came to the United States and located at Red Wing, Minnesota. Two years later she married Christ Olson of Aberdeen and has lived here ever since then. 

Five children survive her as well as her husband; Mrs. Charles Wilson of Great Falls, Mont., Clara, Oscar, George, Hilda, all of Aberdeen. She is survived by two brothers, A. C. Fossum of Aberdeen, P. C. Fossum of Leads, N.D. and a sister in Norway. She was well known in Aberdeen and leaves a host of friends to your her loss. She took an active part in church work. She was one of the charter members of the Bethlehem Lutheran church here. Funeral services will be held Saturday at the Huebl chapter at 2:00 p.m., and at the Bethlehem Lutheran church at 2:30.
