Clemma E. Mosher Palmer 

Mrs. Frank S. Palmer died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jesse C. Ward, 146 South Third Avenue at 7:30 last evening. She had come to this city in May from Oklahoma City, thinking the change in climate would benefit her. She was suffering from locomotor ataxia and although everything was done for her that could be done, she finally succumbed to the dreaded disease. 

Clemma E. Mosher was born at Gerry, Chautauqua county, N. Y., July 7, 1854. She was married to Frank Palmer, December 23, 1874, and he survives her. Two children also survive, Mrs. Jesse Ward of this city and Don T. Palmer of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mrs. John Day, 18 Seventh avenue, southeast is a cousin. 

The funeral will be held from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ward, Monday afternoon at 2:30. Rev. T. J. Dent will officiate. Interment will be in Riverside cemetery.
