FUNERAL OF MRS. ROBINSON
Was held at Rondell This Afternoon at 1 O’clock
The funeral of Mrs. A. P. Robinson of Rondell, who died at her home at that place on Saturday morning was held this afternoon at her home, Rev. M. F. Montgomery of this city officiating. The burial was in the cemetery at Rondell.
Mrs. Robinson was one of the early settlers of Brown county, having settled at Rondell with her husband in 1883. She was at the time of her death 52 years of age and was born in Fond Du Lac county, Wis. Her maiden name was Miss Theresa Allen.
She was married to Mr. Robinson on February 17, 1874 at Spring Valley Minn. In 1883 they came to this county and settled on a claim at Rondell where they have lived ever since. Four children and a husband survive her. The children all reside at Rondell and their names are Olive, John Ambrose, Almazo and Arthur.
The cause of Mrs. Robinson’s death was pneumonia, although she had suffered for many years with rheumatism. Last summer she went to Hot Springs, S. D. in order to become rid of the trouble and she returned in September with her health much improved. All the winter she had been feeling much better and it was thought that she would entirely recover her former good health. A short time ago, however, she was stricken with a severe attack of pneumonia which resulted fatally and she passed away on Saturday forenoon at 11:30 o’clock.
