Sallie Schlegel Kelly
On Sunday morning at her home at 119 South Lloyd street, occurred the death of Mrs. Sallie Schlegel Kelley, the wife of F. J. Kelley.
Mrs. Kelley’s death came at the end of a three weeks’ illness during which the family at several times had hopes of the patient’s recovery.
Mrs. Kelley was born March 6, 1851, in Switzerland. She leaves besides her husband, F. J. Kelley, one daughter, Mrs. P. N. Bushnell of Aberdeen, two sons, Clyde and George, both of Aberdeen, two sisters, Mrs. A. T. Gallagher of Condon, Ia., and Mrs. Frank Baildey of Knox City, Mo., two brothers, M. Schlegel of Hamilton, Ill., and John Schlegel who lives in Michigan.
The funeral was held on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the home at 119 South Lloyd, the Rev. Dr. Taylor officiating.
