Myron Sweet of Rondell township died at his home at 9 o’clock yesterday morning of old age and complication of diseases. he had been ailing for some time. Deceased was born in Canada, 85 years ago this coming November. He has lived upon the homestead where he died since 1880, having come to this section of the country at that time.
His wife survives him and is an invalid, living at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nellie Baker, of Madison, Minn. Three sons and one other daughter survive as follows: A. E. Sweet of Aberdeen, George Sweet of Mansfield, James A. Sweet of Rondell, and Mrs. Estella Halwick of Rondell, who lives on the homestead. Seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive. The funeral will be held from the home at 10:30 Friday morning and interment will be in the Rondell cemetery.
