Louise June Williams
Across the ideally happy life within the family circle of Mr. and Mrs. E. G. Williams, Elizabeth and Grandpa Williams, there fell a shadow when the sweet and beautiful little daughter, Louise June, was called home after a brief illness of only a few days. She was with them only nine months, but how much she was loved by all, and the sorrow-stricken parents have a large circle of friends who share their grief in these sad hours of affliction.
The funeral service which was held Sunday at the residence at Plano, was largely attended and even though the weather conditions were not favorable there were many friends from the city as well as from the surrounding community. A choir of eight voices sang most beautifully, “Safe in the Arms of Jesus,” and “Precious Jewels.” The service by Rev. Hugh Owens was very impressive, comforting and beautiful. The pallbearers were Harry Roberts, Arthur Hughes, Thomas Hughes and Will Jones. The many beautiful set pieces and other floral tributes spoke words of sympathy and expressed the love and esteem for this family. The body was laid to rest at Bath cemetery by a large cottage of friends.
