Following is a list of many of the Kingsbury County history and genealogical books which are available for reference. Some of these books are available through interlibrary loan, or if you can not find them KCGS has copies of many of these
Most of these histories were done during the recent centennial celebrations in the state and are not in print. If you have a copy please let me know so we can arrange to get an index or a copy. Check with the archives at SDSU in Brookings, SD at http://lib.sdstate.edu/archives/index.html or Archives or Request them by way of interlibrary loan from your local library. Lake Preston and DeSmet libraries have many of these books too and are not on SDLN.
Many of the library in the state list their holding in the SDLN online catalog. Most of the books can be obtained by Inter Library Loan.
