MARRIED.
Lyons-Tucker—In Elk Point, S. D., at the Baptist parsonage, Wednesday afternoon October 28, 1903, Thelbert D. Lyons and Miss Elizabeth Tucker ,Rev. J. M. Hupp officiating.
These young people virtually "stole a march" in this event so important and essential to their happiness, it being consummated with so little ostentation.
They were accompanied to Elk Point by Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bennett, of Richland. These young people have lived in Akron and vicinity most of their lives. They are so well and favorably known here that extensive mention of their excellent characteristics and many attainments is entirely unnecessary. The large circle of friendships they hold is sufficient attestation of these facts.
Mr. and Mrs. Lyons will make their home on the Tucker farm, south of town. They have the earnest and sincere wishes of all who know them for long years of matrimonial felicity and happiness.
