MRS. CARRIE EDDY-ESHLER
Mrs. Wm. Eshler died at Wessington, S.D., suddenly, Monday, Feb. 13, of heart disease. The remains were buried temporarily at Wessington, but will probably be removed in the spring and interred here.
Carrie Bell Eddy was born in Elk Point, May 23, 1877. As Mr. Eshler was born on May 23, this day was selected as their wedding day. They were married in Elk Point, May 23, 1895, by the Rev. A.E. Carhart. This union proved one of the happiest, those knowing them best, uniting in saying they were very devoted and well adapted to each other.
The entire community where they have made their home since leaving Elk Point extends their heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved ones.
Mrs. Eshler had three brothers, Frank, William and Elton Eddy. She was a niece of Mrs. J.M. Talcott.
Much regret is expressed here at the news of her untimely death.
