Funeral Program Obituary:
Elsie S. Sorensen was born February 9, 1904, in Lincoln, Nebraska. She passed away April 22, 1988, at Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Viborg at the age of 84 years.
She married Gustaf Adolph Peterson in 1920. She married Soren Sorensen in 1949. He passed away on October 5, 1976. Also preceding her were three sons, Kenneth, Gilbert and Leo.
Survivors include four children: Orden of Sacramento, California; Dale of Woodburn, Oregon; Harriet Armstrong and Ann Smith both of Sacramento, California; and eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
